                     <l n="13" rend="left"><hi rend="italic">Riots contriv'd for Ruin (said to be)</hi></l>

                     <l n="20" rend="left"><hi rend="italic">And bite, and tear and snap at all they meet,</hi></l>
                     <l n="21" rend="left"><hi rend="italic">Without respect, and no Command obey,</hi></l>
                     <l n="22" rend="left"><hi rend="italic">Unless from such-like Dogs as mad as they.</hi></l>

                     <l n="33" rend="left"><hi rend="italic">The City could not chuse their <hi rend="bold">Shrieves</hi> and <hi rend="bold">Mayor,</hi></hi></l>
                     <l n="34" rend="left"><hi rend="italic">But to assist the Cause he must be there;</hi></l>
                     <l n="35" rend="left"><hi rend="italic">To overawe those that the Court detest,</hi></l>
