                     <l n="2" rend="left">Which said, the Lord made Man for his own choice,</l>
                     <l n="3" rend="left">And yet he will not reconciled be,</l>
                     <l n="4" rend="left">To leave his sins and to live righteously,</l>
                     <l n="5" rend="left">Awake, awake, thou mortal man from sleep,</l>
                     <l n="6" rend="left">Repent thy sin, cry to the Lord and weep;</l>
                     <l n="7" rend="left">For it is he that only must thee save,</l>

                     <l n="22" rend="left">Which in our Land doth now begin to climb;</l>
                     <l n="23" rend="left">Therefore with <hi rend="italic">Nineve</hi> let us repent,</l>
                     <l n="24" rend="left">The Lord to us his Messenger hath sent.</l>
                     <l n="25" rend="left">But all these warnings will not serve our turn</l>
                     <l n="26" rend="left">To make us leave our sins with speed and mourn</l>

                     <l n="40" rend="left">The Drunkard on his Tobacco and Beer.</l>
                     <l n="41" rend="left">And many grievous sinners more there are,</l>
                     <l n="42" rend="left">And for to speak of all I do not dare;</l>
                     <l n="43" rend="left">But God alone that knows the hearts of all,</l>
                     <l n="44" rend="left">Will bring them all together great and small.</l>
                     <l n="45" rend="left">And when that day to many doth appear,</l>
                     <l n="46" rend="left">And see the Lord in judgment, then I fear</l>
                     <l n="47" rend="left">Too late it will be for them to repent,</l>

                     <l n="104" rend="left">To make us yield by this his kind perswasion.</l>
                     <l n="105" rend="left">Remember how <hi rend="italic">Jerusalem</hi> did fall,</l>
                     <l n="106" rend="left">And how their enemies did them inthrall;</l>
                     <l n="107" rend="left">Which were but righteous judgments from the Lord</l>
                     <l n="108" rend="left">Because his holy word shall be abbor'd.</l>
                     <l n="109" rend="left">The <hi rend="italic">Ninevites</hi> we read did soon repent,</l>
                     <l n="110" rend="left">When God the Prophet <hi rend="italic">Jonah</hi> to them sent,</l>
                     <l n="111" rend="left">Then why should we who have the Gospel sure</l>
                     <l n="112" rend="left">Still seek our own Destruction to procure?</l>
                     <l n="113" rend="left">Remember Man wha[t] wofull Torments be</l>
                     <l n="114" rend="left">Prepar'd in Hell as torments you may see.</l>
                     <l n="115" rend="left">The Pains are wofull to be thought upon,</l>
                     <l n="116" rend="left">Besides all this, they never will be done;</l>
                     <l n="117" rend="left">And other wise all those that fear the Lord,</l>
                     <l n="118" rend="left">And follow after his most holy Word:</l>
                     <l n="119" rend="left">Shall live with Christ in perfect joy and peace,</l>
                     <l n="120" rend="left">Where Heavenly Angels sing and never cease.</l>
                     <l n="121" rend="left">Now to conclude O Lord give us thy grace</l>
                     <l n="122" rend="left">That we may lead our lives in such a case,</l>
                     <l n="123" rend="left">That when we are departed hence away</l>
                     <l n="124" rend="left">We then may live in perfect peace and joy.</l>
